Repair Services
All DustCount instruments come with an industry-standard one-year product warranty. If your unit fails or has been damaged, our team will quickly analyze the fault and provide quality in warranty and out of warranty repair service.
Prior to shipping any unit back to Nanozen please be sure to request an RMA# using the button below.
Repair services include:
- Incoming inspection
- Fault isolation
- Provide fault isolation summary and estimated repair costs for your review and approval
- Repairs are performed by factory-trained personnel with extensive training and experience with Nanozen equipment
- All repair services come with a 90-day warranty

Annual Calibration
Nanozen DustCount monitors come factory calibrated and are highly reliable and sensitive instruments. We recommend annual cleaning and calibration for optimal performance and accuracy.
Our method of calibration is fully compliant to ISO 21501-1:2009 standards . Calibration services are performed using N.I.S.T. traceable equipment and particle media and are performed by factory-trained personnel with extensive experience with our products and technology.
Our annual calibration service includes:
- Incoming inspection
- If repairs are required, you will be informed and provided with cost estimate for approval
- DustCount unit cleaning
- Firmware/Software/Documentation updates (where applicable)
- Calibration and testing
- Update/replace consumables (where applicable)
- Final Inspection and validation
- Certificate of Calibration
