Nanozen still supports the DustCount 88XX product line for annual recalibration and repairs but it must be warned that during COVID a few of the key electronic components were manufacture discontinued (MD’s) by major chip companies and no replacements are available. If your unit comes back for calibration or repair and any of those MD’d electronic components must be replaced Nanozen may not be able to repair or calibrate your unit. Ask Nanozen about our upgrade program to assist customers to move to the DustCount 9000 from the older 88XX products.
